This collaborative of agencies, organizations, and volunteers work improve the well being of area youth by engaging community and agency resources, expertise and creativity to: (a) to network and improve access to quality services and assist partners in eliminating barriers for youth stability and growth (b) streamlining, and preventing fragmentation of critical services (c) identifying unmet needs and determining strategies and resources to address those needs (d) informing and educating individuals on challenges, resources and opportunities which impact youth (e) and promoting positive youth development while emphasizing the reduction of substance abuse and other negative behaviors among youth.
